We are there to guide you at each step of the way in the Building process to make sure that you are kept informed and your needs are satisfied. You will have your own personal Selection Coordinator, who will provide you with a detailed schedule for making your selections for your home. Adherence to this schedule will insure your home is completed on time. Your own personal construction supervisor will update you on the progress of your home and meet with you regularly to review various phases of the construction.

All of our houses are stick built, rather than panelized, because it is the way the true craftsmen build homes. We have a final walk through two weeks prior to closing. We are proud that 97% of our Homes have everything on the final walk through completed prior to closing.

You Need To Know That We Have A Service Department For Your Home
We have a Service Department with professionals who are there to assist you to correct issues that may occur in your home. There are three times that you have the opportunity to review the quality of your home and list any items you would like us to address. The first time is the “final walk through” that is performed two weeks prior to closing so we can complete your home prior to closing. The second and third time is when you receive a request from us at 60 days and 11 months after closing to provide a list of items that you would like us to address. If there is an emergency that comes up at any time we are there to take care of it. Our service department is committed to satisfy you in a timely manner.
