Boone Homes Introduces Lattice Hall, a Single-Family Detached New Home Community Located in Chesterfield, VA

Chesterfield County, VA –Local Custom Homebuilder, Boone Homes received unanimous approval from the Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors on November 17th for Lattice Hall, a new home community of 307 home sites off of Genito Road in Chesterfield, Virginia. Lattice Hall sits on 155.2 acres with 38.9 acres dedicated to common areas including pocket parks, pavilion with a pool, trails and other natural areas.
