2025 Year in Review

As another year comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back on what made this one especially meaningful at Boone Homes. From the homes we delivered to the communities we celebrated and the people behind it all, this year was defined by steady progress, thoughtful growth, and moments worth pausing to appreciate.

Every year brings its own momentum, but this one stood out for the way it balanced strong results with meaningful connection — to our homeowners, our partners, and our team.

By the Numbers

Behind every home is a story, and this year those stories added up in a big way.

  • 44 homes closed
  • 53 homes sold

These numbers represent families settling in, milestones reached, and trust placed in our team. We’re grateful to be part of each homeowner’s journey and proud of the care that goes into every Boone home.

Community Progress & Milestones

This year brought continued growth across several Boone Homes communities, along with exciting transitions.

New Model Homes: We introduced three new model homes this year, each designed to showcase a different approach to space, livability, and personalization:

  • The Lochbriar; Millwood Landing
  • The Augustine; The Villas at Swift Creek
  • The Vail; The Villas at Swift Creek

Each model highlights the flexibility of our floor plans and the details that set Boone Homes apart — from thoughtful layouts to elevated finishes and outdoor living spaces.

Community Closeouts: We also marked an important milestone with the closeout of Blair Estates, Reed Marsh Mosaic at West Creek. Seeing these communities fully come to life is always a proud moment, and a reminder of the strong demand for homes built with intention and quality.

Our Team: Growing & Celebrating Milestones

Welcoming New Team Members: This year, we were excited to welcome several new faces to the Boone Homes team:

  • Dexter Radcliffe

Each new team member brought fresh perspective, talent, and energy — strengthening our ability to support homeowners and partners alike.

  • Lee Perkins – 20 years
  • Ricky Freeman – 20 years

Their commitment, knowledge, and consistency continue to set the tone for everything we do.

A Year Filled with Events & Connection

Throughout the year, we hosted events designed to bring people together — whether celebrating milestones, saying thank you, or simply creating opportunities to connect.

Spring Highlights: Spring kicked off with several meaningful moments, including our Realtor Awards Celebration, where we recognized outstanding partners:

We also celebrated the Villas at Swift Creek model grand opening, welcoming guests into a space designed for connection and lifestyle-driven living.

Summer Highlights: Summer brought opportunities to celebrate collaboration and growth, including a Vendor Appreciation Event to thank our trusted partners. We also marked the Millwood Landing model grand opening, a milestone for a community that continues to draw attention for its wooded homesites and sense of space.

Fall Highlights: In the fall, we hosted the Pickleball Grand Opening Event at The Villas at Swift Creek — a fun and active way to highlight the new amenities.

Winter Highlights: The year wrapped up with the Villas at Swift Creek Homeowner Holiday Party, a chance to celebrate the season with the people who call this 55+ community home.

Mini Events Throughout the Year: In between larger celebrations, we hosted a variety of smaller, lifestyle-focused events — coffee trucks, lemonade stands, make-your-own simmer pot gatherings, and bouquet-making workshops.
