We’re excited to introduce Amna, the new Community Manager at The Villas at Swift Creek, Boone Homes’ 55+ low-maintenance community in Moseley, VA. The Villas at Swift Creek features thoughtfully designed townhomes and quads, a welcoming clubhouse, pickleball courts, walking trails, and a lifestyle centered around easy living and real community. In this Q&A, Amna shares what drew her to Boone Homes, what she’s enjoying most about the community, and a few of her favorite spots around Richmond.
What excites you most about your role as Community Manager at Boone Homes?
Building genuine relationships with homeowners and buyers while helping them find a place that truly feels like home. I love being part of their journey and representing a company that values quality, care, and community.
What has stood out to you most about Boone Homes’ approach to building and design so far?
The quality and attention to detail really stand out. Boone Homes offers so many design options, allowing homeowners to truly personalize their homes and make them their own. They also make the entire process feel seamless from start to finish.
What are your favorite aspects of The Villas at Swift Creek?
Watching new relationships form has been incredibly special. Many of our buyers are moving here in search of a true sense of community, and it’s rewarding to see those connections grow. I’m also excited about the future amenities that will make the neighborhood even more special.
What’s your favorite local restaurant in the Richmond area?
There are so many great options, but Lost Letter in Scott’s Addition is my go-to for Italian. I also love Maui Sushi and Thai in Carytown.
If you had a full day off to enjoy the Richmond area, how would you spend it?
I’d start the morning with a walk on the Capital Trail with my husband, Brian, and our dogs, Coopie and Kaya. Then I’d grab coffee at Ironclad, have breakfast at Lulu’s, spend some time shopping and having lunch in Carytown, take a walk through Maymont, grab a burger at Boulevard Burger, and end the day with a movie at Movieland.
Coffee or tea? Morning person or night owl?
Definitely coffee, and I’m 100% a morning person. I love early, slow mornings watching the sunrise.
From building genuine relationships with homeowners to watching new connections form within the neighborhood, Amna’s perspective reflects what makes life at The Villas at Swift Creek so special. With lock-and-leave living, well-designed homes, and exciting amenities just weeks from opening, it’s a community built for connection. We’re thrilled to have Amna as part of the Boone Homes team and leading the way at The Villas at Swift Creek.
